Thank you for visiting the Fairfield Classroom Teachers Association (FCTA) website. FCTA is a 600-member organization dedicated to the education of Fairfield youth, ranging from preschool through high school. The purpose of the website is to allow the public to find information about our association on this home page, and to provide our members with a password-protected space to access information about union activities.

As your FCTA president, my goal is to help our union provide the best working and learning environment possible for our members and students. We can serve our students and members through advocacy, communication, planning, listening and understanding the needs of our various constituents. I envision this website to be a vital cog in FCTA’s effort to disseminate information and keep members apprised of their rights and opportunities.
